All orders are carefully prepared at our fulfillment space and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Once handed over to our courier partners, standard delivery takes approximately 7 to 15 business days depending on destination customs clearance and regional postal routing. You will receive an automated tracking link as soon as your parcel is dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress right to your doorstep. For international destinations, shipments may occasionally be subject to local customs inspections or regional handling delays beyond our direct control. Please ensure your delivery address is entered accurately at checkout; address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered dispatch. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with household members or local couriers before reaching out to our support team for assistance.
