Pack clean, unworn garments into their original bag with tags attached, sealing securely for transit back to our facility.

Our warehouse team examines received pieces within two business days to confirm unwashed condition and completeness.

Approved refunds return to your original payment card within 5 to 10 banking days depending on bank processing.
